STAC is a state-recognised training institution specialising in technology, compliance, and administrative upskilling. As an official training partner within the ALIANCE Ecosystem, STAC operates under the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) framework. All our programmes are HRDC-claimable and comply with the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) Act 2001.

Yes. Every course conducted by STAC is fully claimable under HRDC, provided that the employer is registered and contributes to the HRDC levy. Employers can submit their applications via HRDC’s e-TRiS system prior to the training date.

Yes. Our trainers are HRDC-certified. Each trainer is vetted and approved according to HRDC’s Training Provider and Trainer Standards.

Absolutely. STAC provides physical classroom sessions, as well as virtual learning through HRDC’s Remote Online Training (ROT) framework. This flexibility ensures that participants across Sarawak — and Malaysia — can attend seamlessly.

Employers can apply through HRDC’s e-TRiS portal, attaching the training quotation, proposal, and trainer profile provided by STAC. Our administrative team also assists with the pre-approval and claim submission process to ensure a smooth experience.

To ensure successful claims, the following documents are required:

Training proposal approved by HRDC
Trainer profiles and HRDC registration certificates
Participant attendance record
Training invoice and payment receipt

STAC provides full assistance in preparing all required documentation.

Yes, in most cases. As long as the company has sufficient HRDC levy balance, HRDC will fully reimburse the training cost in accordance with approved fee structures and compliance criteria.

Yes. STAC offers customised in-house programmes tailored to the specific needs of your organisation — for the ALIANCE Ecosystem. All customised courses remain eligible for HRDC claims, provided pre-approval is obtained.
